She has some marks on her head and torso that look like scars but seem to be "freckles" or white fur. She's very nervous around humans. Seems to have been mistreated. She had a light collar on her with tiny pink flowers but it could have slipped out. Don't chase. Please call and we will set up a trap. Offer food and water if you can. Talk to her gently, make her feel safe. She's a small dog but very fast and nervous.
